We visited Masseria Cappella for around 4 hours to learn about masserias in general, make pasta and mozzarella followed by a degustation of home-made food and wine. We were the only ones on the day, it was reasonably priced and our parents had such a great time. Would definitely recommend doing it.

We absolutely loved our experience at Masseria Capella! We had a tour of the bakery, cheese factory, farm and gardens, and finished with a delicious lunch made from fresh produce. Our guide Antonella was fantastic - so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Would recommend to everyone!

We came here by accident to ask for the road but we ended up staying here for the night. This place is a dream! The service we experienced here was outstanding!!!! They did so much to pleasure us while they had an event it was amazing. Rarely we have been threaten so good ❤️ if you ever look for a place with amazing food, even better service , warmth and amazing surroundings place visit this one.

Have come here twice for farm tours - once with my wife, and once with our families. Our last tour was with Antonella, and she was a fantastic guide and host. Such an amazing and authentic experience. They show you everything, from how the cows are raised to how the cheese is produced. And if you sign up for the classes, they'll give you a hands-on experience for making cheese (mozzarella and burrata) and pasta (orechiette, and other shapes traditional to this region). Only warning: the food portions are big! We were full after just the antipastas (local cured meats, cheeses, and breads/tarallis), but we were also served a pasta dish and a meat dish after that. We ordered the full lunch, and every course was delicious but we couldn't finish it all - so be prepared for leftovers if you order the whole lunch!

We came for a half day visit which included making cheese and some superb biscuits. My husband is a chef and was really impressed. Our guide was charming and had excellent English and showed us around the estate, the Chapel, the beautiful fields. At the end we had a delicious lunch of antipasti and cheese and biscuits we had made ourselves! Superb! And one of our top 2 things we dud in a fortnight in Italy!
